burger was excellent. enjoyed the creamy caesar salad. liked the fact that the frenchfies were hearty and crispy!!

I've been coming here since I was a kid, so it's kind of a family tradition! Good food at good prices, friendly staff, yummy pies and ice cream.

I used to skip school thirty years ago and hide out here! Love this place.

They have the most perfectly crispy fries, and they're open pretty late. Also the fish is real good!

Great food and homemade pies! The deep-fried home-fries where not my favourite - but everything else was great.

Most of the food tasted very bland and flavourless. The cheese used for the Poutine had an odd sponge texture to it. Fries very not good tasting at all. We had mac n cheese bits, battered mushrooms, and fried mozzarella sticks. They were all ok, however they all taste as though they are bought down the street at the grocery store then thrown in the deep fryer. The coleslaw tasted great. Gravy was somewhat bitter tasting. Would not go back here ever. The service was okay other than cold mac n cheese bites and the unwillingness to make a side fry into a Poutine, knowing that we would be charged. Do not recommend.

Great ice cream and excellent prices.

Service has gone down a little with the new owners. Had to ask a few more times then we should have for extra napkins and refills on water... specials no longer come with dessert and hard to justify it as a "special" if all you're saving is $0.25. I understand it's new management and maybe they are still learning but 3 stars is all I could mister. Prices seem a little high for the service and quality you're getting now. Probably won't be back.
